Born and raised in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago, Amy’s first foray onto
the stage was as a bottle of cold medicine in "The Fridgey Zone" at the age
of 10. (She still remembers ALL her lines!) After studying dance for many
years, Amy discovered musical theatre where she could combine her love of
dancing, singing and acting. She attended Columbia College Chicago and
received a BA in Musical Theatre Performance. She then performed around the
country in touring productions, dinner theatres and summer stocks. After
several years on the road, Amy has unpacked her suitcases for good and has
made Chicago her home again. Chicago stages you may have seen her treading
the boards on include Bailiwick Repertory Theatre, The Theatre Building
Chicago, Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, Theatre at the Center and the Lyric
Opera of Chicago. Check back for updates on Amy’s upcoming Chicago
productions!
